Kirsty spent 25 years of her career at BP, ending up as Head of Effectiveness, following the Deepwater Horizon disaster. She now runs her own consultancy QuayFive Ltd, advising CEOs on change, organizational culture and leadership, and is a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Serco, Kier and PZ Cussons.
Managing Partner Andrew joined Hudson Sandler in 1990. He is one of London’s most experienced strategic communications advisors providing counsel to board members and senior executives on business-critical communications issues. In recent years, he has led the development of the consultancy’s emerging market practice with a particular focus on Russia and Africa.
